400 g

Eskort Pork Fillet or Loin, cubed

100-200 g

Halloumi cheese, cubed

500 ml

Rosa tomatoes


lemons, juiced

45 ml

olive oil

5 ml

minced garlic

5 ml

ground oregano


large skewer sticks


  1. Marinate the pork fillet in the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and oregano. Leave for at least an hour, or even better,overnight.

  2. Skewer the marinated pork cubes with some halloumi and cherry tomatoes and pan fry on HIGH heat until the pork has cooked through. Be careful not to fry for too long or too low heat because the halloumi will melt.

  3. Serve with some pita bread and fresh olives!
