Ek glo glad nie daaraan om leë hande op te daag as ons gaan kuier nie, my pa is baie lief vir MY souttert, daarom maak ek hierdie souttert gereeld vir my pa, vir my is familie tyd baie belangrik, ek is ‘n regte ou huis hen, wat daarvan hou om te bak en brou, baie lief vir kos maak, en hierdie is my EIE resep, maak dit ook gereeld met die 250ml melk en 250ml room, dit is net soveel lekkerder. Hierdie souttert is my manier om die mense om my te bederf! Hou baie daarvan om te sien hoe lekker my mense eet aan hierdie tert. Maak dit ook gereeld as ons vergaderings het.

Ingredients:

 

1 packet

Eskort Diced Bacon, fried

450 ml

milk (or 250 ml and 200 ml cream - delicious)

500 g

cheddar cheese, grated

500 g

white cheddar, grated

125 ml

flour

3

eggs, beaten

1

large onion, finely diced

 

salt

 

Aromat

 

pepper

 

dried sweet basil or parsley, to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Grease an ovenproof dish and spoon mixture into dish. Bake until golden brown and cooked through (about 30 minutes).
