Eskort Smoked Pork Neck Steaks

500 g

pasta shapes

175 g

broccoli florets

15 ml


10 ml

olive oil

150 g

corn kernels


spring onions, sliced

30 ml


30 ml

rice vinegar

30 ml

soy sauce

15 ml

sesame oil




ground black pepper


  • Cook the pasta shapes according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat butter in a frying pan and sauté broccoli florets until just tender, remove from pan and set aside.

  • Season pork neck steaks with salt and pepper and in the same pan, heat olive oil and fry steaks for 8 - 10 minutes, turning once or twice until cooked.

  • Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Make a dressing by mixing together the honey, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • Slice pork neck steaks into slices.

  • In a large bowl toss together the pasta, broccoli, pork neck steaks, spring onions, corn and dressing.

  • Season with salt and pepper, toss once more to combine and serve.
