Creamy Pulled Pork Pasta

Pulled Pork Pasta - absolute perfection without those painfully long hours in the kitchen!

500 g

Eskort BBQ Marinated Pulled Pork

500 g

pasta, of your choice


onion, thinly sliced

30 g






250 g

Portabellini (or white) mushrooms, sliced

250 ml



fresh rocket

100 g

Parmesan cheese


  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, reserving some liquid when done cooking, return to pot and cover to keep warm.

  • Heat pulled pork according to package instructions and set aside.

  • Melt butter in a frying pan and add onion, fry until softened then add mushrooms.

  • Cook until mushrooms are just softened, then add the pulled pork.

  • Add cream and some reserved pasta water and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes until sauce has thickened, remove from heat.

  • Add pasta to creamy pork and toss to coat all pasta, add rocket and toss again until rocket starts wilting.

  • Divide amongst 4 bowls and serve warm with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
